Jonathon is a skilled planner with broad experience in a variety of sectors of construction. He has provided Project Planning services to several clients & major contractors.

Jonathon presents programme information in a variety of methods to ensure engagement, understanding and programme buy-in. He works directly and collaboratively with the project team and creates an open project environment.

Jonathon is skilled on 4D platforms such as Synchro and Asta BIM, in addition to 3D modelling. He uses these skills to find additional ways to visually display the programme to enhance the project team and clients’ understanding. Jonathon is always looking for ways to further benefit project delivery.

  • Hotel & Leisure: 40 Storey Flagship Novotel for Accor, Canary Wharf - Lead planner liaising with site team, leading programme meetings, providing 4D visuals & resource assessment.

  • Schools: Sydenham Building Schools for the Future PFI, London - Providing programme support to main contractor, programme updates and liasing with site team.

  • Residential: Key Bridge House, Vauxhall, London - Programme and 4D modelling for concrete tender, led meetings with client advising on logistics, build sequence and constraints. Led internal 3D modelling team.

  • Civil: Aldgate Gyratory & Landscaping, Aldgate, City Of London - Working directly with client to produce and monitor project programme. Liaise with site team for updates and attend meeting with stakeholders.

  • Stadia: Wembley Stadium Re-roofing, Wembley, London - Providing programme and 4D visuals to roofing contractor, complex programme sequencing working around an in-use structure.

  • Marine: Dover Western Docks Revival - Providing 4D visuals and leading 3D modelling team in providing information for tender documents. Development and monitoring of the design programme. Liaise with design and procurement teams to ensure timely handovers of documentation are identified.

  • Crossrail: Paddington Station Cladding 2 ventilation shaft head houses and Public Realm Works—Project management incorporating extensive time impact analysis.
