March 2000 – Jeff Fuchs and Mark Dungan discuss their philosophies for properly managing a successful business, creating an exceptional atmosphere for employees to achieve their best and grow. Their vision for the new company was to provide exceptional service, work product, and quality to clients, "making the difference."April 4, 2000 – Delta Consulting Group, Inc. is established as a Virginia corporation with Jeff and Mark as its sole employees. Delta Consulting Group establishes its mission to become a construction consulting company with a steadfast commitment to providing clients with efficient, cost effective, quality work that also provides employees with a fertile ground for growth while having fun.
May 2000 – Jeff and Mark begin working in Delta’s first office building located in Occoquan, Virginia.
December 2000 – Delta experiences strong growth and moves to a larger office in Occoquan.
March 2002 – The number of employees Delta has on staff reaches double digits. Delta acquires more space in Occoquan to house its operations.
July 2003 – Delta opens its first office outside Virginia, in Long Beach, California.
October 2003 – Montgomery, Alabama becomes a new site for a Delta Consulting Group office.
September 2004 – Delta establishes a presence in New York City.
April 2005 – Gulf Breeze and Miami, Florida join the ever increasing cities in which Delta has a presence.
June 2005 – Delta Consulting Group is named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Hot 100 List of the fastest-growing new businesses in America.
April 2006 – Delta’s new 10,000 square foot Corporate Office in Virginia is completed.
September 2006 - Delta relocates Miami office to larger space in Coral Gables, Florida.
July 2007 - Delta relocates California office to Irvine, California.
