Director
Seeking senior professional with 10-15 years experience in private and public sector projects. Self-motivated leader with experience as the lead project manager in providing all levels of project planning, monitoring and analysis while working for highly diverse clients on projects covering the full spectrum of the industry. Candidate should have analytical research and forensic engineering/cost analysis skills, as well as strong construction industry experience including delay, scheduling, cost, claims, and loss analysis. Effective communications skills both oral and written, computer skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are required. CPM scheduling (Primavera preferred), estimating, and contract administration. B.S. Degree required (PE and/or CPA license is desirable.) Expert witness testimony experience desirable.
 
Associate Director
Managers with 5-10 years experience in construction or related industry. Broad experience and understanding of the construction industry including strategic planning, scheduling, project oversight and management, construction claims and a successful track record managing large scale construction projects and/or construction litigation matters. Prior work with/for a Surety a plus. BS degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical engineering, Accounting or related discipline. Willingness to consider temporary or permanent relocation assignments a plus.
 
Consultant
Engineering team members with 2-5 years experience who have some construction or related industry experience. Bachelors degree in engineering or comparable construction experience and working towards degree. Familiar with construction project systems and procedures, strong problem-solving skills, proficient in a Windows-based computer environment and with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Outlook, Word and Excel, able to communicate clearly both verbally and in written communications, work independently and possess strong customer service skills. Willingness to consider temporary or permanent relocation assignments a plus.
